How can you leverage curiosity to avoid becoming irrelevant?

Sometimes you need to have the mic. Everyone is looking to you for decisions.

But tomorrow is unpredictable, unknown and unexpected. To remain relevant leaders we have to pause our tendency to jump to solutions that feel familiar and be more comfortable embracing the unknown. We have to be curious or become irrelevant.

The backwards brain bicycle is a great example of undoing trained behaviour. Even our most basic beliefs are not above rethinking.
